Membership of this website is subject to a annual review of fees.
10. Refunds & Termination of Agreement
Membership of this website is paid in advanced and should you wish to cancel your membership you must give three months written notice. Any outstanding charges will be paid with an additional 20% levy plus recovery costs.
11. Platinum Membership
Platinum membership is a ‘one-off’ fee for ‘Lifetime’ membership of the site. ‘Lifetime’ refers to both the life of the customer, (membership terminates upon death and is non-transferable) and the website. Should Cambridge Saxophone cease to trade the ‘Lifetime’ of the website has passed and no refunds are available.
12. Skype Lessons
Skype lessons are undertaken using the FULL regulations as per the UK Musicians Union standard contract T1 (click here) . Missed lessons must be paid for and cannot be refunded. Fees are subject to an annual review and lessons are to be paid in full, in advance.
13. Governing Law
Any claim relating to this web site shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
